These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred; if so, you will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦) and include applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.

Product colours and fit

We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Hand-finished items may have small variations that are part of their character.

Discount codes and offers

Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Countdown offers end at the time shown.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs and text on this site belong to POSH FASHION and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Nigerian law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
