Exchanges

You can exchange any item within 7 days of delivery for a different size, colour or style of equal value, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags attached.

Refunds

Full-price items can be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery under the same conditions. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the item.

Items we cannot take back

Custom-fit pieces, altered items, earrings and underwear cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Sale items can be exchanged for another size but are not refundable.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will collect it and send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email admin@poshfashionstore.com or message us on WhatsApp at +234 814 181 1011 with your order number and the item you are returning. We will reply with the return address and next steps. Unless the item is faulty, return delivery costs are paid by you.
