This policy explains what personal data POSH FASHION collects when you use this website, why we collect it and how we protect it, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

When you order or create an account: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, and order history. When you browse: device, browser and pages visited, through cookies. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, contact you about them, provide customer support, prevent fraud and, if you have subscribed, send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run the store: payment processors, delivery partners, and our website and email hosting providers. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax and accounting purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email admin@poshfashionstore.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your bag and account working, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the store may stop working.
