Orders and payment

How do I pay?

Pay by debit or credit card, bank transfer or USSD at checkout. Payments are processed securely and we never see your card details.

Yes, if it has not shipped. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number within 12 hours and we will update it.

We make custom-fit versions of most styles and handle bridal party orders. Contact us with the style, sizes and your date.

How long does delivery take?

Abuja: 1–2 working days. Lagos, Port Harcourt and other major cities: 2–4 working days. The rest of Nigeria: 3–5 working days.

How much is delivery?

Delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over ₦150,000 ship free within the FCT.

Do you ship outside Nigeria?

Yes, to the UK, US, Canada and Ghana. Contact us for a quote before ordering.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. See the Returns page for the full policy.

Are sale items returnable?

Sale items can be exchanged for a different size but are not refundable unless faulty.

How do I find my size?

Use the size guide, or send your bust, waist and hip measurements on WhatsApp and a stylist will recommend a size.

Do your sizes run true?

Yes. Each style is fitted on real women from UK size 8 to 20. Where a style runs small or large we say so on the product page.
