Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days for orders within Nigeria and 14 days for international orders, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments, swimwear, or earrings unless they arrive damaged.
Delivery & Shipping Costs
Domestic (Nigeria): If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or size error on your part, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
International: Customers outside Nigeria are responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.
Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong item or a damaged product, Posh Fashion Store will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Send an email to
returns@poshfashionstore.comor WhatsApp our support line with your Order Number and photos of the item.Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Ship It Back: Once approved, we will provide the return address or arrange a pickup (for Abuja residents only).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or store credit, if preferred).
Timeline: Bank transfers within Nigeria typically reflect within 3–5 business days. International refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
