Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days for orders within Nigeria and 14 days for international orders, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments, swimwear, or earrings unless they arrive damaged.

Delivery & Shipping Costs
  • Domestic (Nigeria): If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or size error on your part, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • International: Customers outside Nigeria are responsible for all return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.

  • Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong item or a damaged product, Posh Fashion Store will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return
  • Contact Us: Send an email to returns@poshfashionstore.com or WhatsApp our support line with your Order Number and photos of the item.

  • Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  • Ship It Back: Once approved, we will provide the return address or arrange a pickup (for Abuja residents only).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or store credit, if preferred).

  • Timeline: Bank transfers within Nigeria typically reflect within 3–5 business days. International refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
