Our promise
POSH FASHION accepts returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp at +234 814 181 1011 with your order number.
- Package the item carefully with all tags attached.
- Our courier will arrange pickup (Abuja) or you can ship it back to our showroom.
- Refund processes within 5 working days of inspection.
Final-sale items
The following items are not eligible for return: Sale items, made-to-measure pieces, intimates, and accessories that show signs of wear.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Drop us a message and we’ll arrange it.
